Chuck and Luongo

Man, Luongo's third straight shutout. UNbelievable. His fourth in six games, he now leads the league with five shutouts. I think sometime last year or the year before he had three games without letting a goal as well.

Chuck Kobasew made his return tonight and had a goal and an assist. He was also rewarded the first star

Goals: 1
Assits: 3

Let's read the headline for the NHL RECAP of the Bruins/Sabres game:

http://www2.nhl.com/ice/recap.htm?id=2008020196

" Chuck Kobasew didn't miss a beat.

The forward marked his long-awaited return to the Bruins lineup with a goal and an assist, and Manny Fernandez made 32 saves in Boston's 3-1 victory over the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday night."

""Chuck looked good," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "I told him if he came back in, he had to be a difference-maker.""

""It's nice when you don't have to fight it," Kobasew said of his first goal. "I got lucky."

Kobasew is ever - so - modest

Kobasew is now on pace for a league best 136 points (since he's missed 14 due to injury) Keep it up Chucky!

Oh, Flames also lost. I didn't catch the game but Bertuzzi got an assist and Curtis started in net. Not sure how he played though.
