Was the Torres Hit suspendable?

I'm going to take an impartial stance on this one. Im gonna sit on the fence and say i am not sure. but what i hope, is that the nhl does suspend him. that way hodgson can come back and play game 4. hodge-shit-son.

in this video make sure to watch both hits. the first hit that it is dirty, is followed by another one a few minutes later where torres reconcusses seabrook ever so slightly. the second hit was definitely clean.
