Chush' sobach'ya!!! Ak Bars beat Lokomotiv 1-0 in Gagarin Cup final

It's 2004 all over again for Marcus Nilson. Except this time he lost in game seven of the playoffs to a bunch of shitty russians. He must be devastated. Still, it was a good run for him and his team the Lokomotiv. After being ranked 3rd in the regular season, they went 3-1, 3-0, 4-1, and 3-4, losing in game seven of the final to the 2nd ranked Ak Bars, thanks to a goal by some guy named Aleksey Morozov. Nilson himself had a good run, getting 3 goals and 1 assist in 15 playoff games, following a regular season in which he got 5 goals and 3 assists in 36 games.

And now, the KHL season is officially over. That means I can finally go back to covering hockey that doesn't completely suck. Hockey with fights, and shot blocking, and hitting. Hockey where the primary language is english, and most players are Canadian, and therefore not total pussies. And, most importantly, hockey that no longer includes the pure shittiness that is Marcus Nilson. It's time for the NHL playoffs everyone!

Too bad the KGB are already coming to get me.

Fun fact: "Chush' sobach'ya" is russian (aka sissy european) for "bull shit"

Hosh
