First big trade of the day
Ottawa get G Pascal Leclaire from Columbus in exchange for F Antoine Vermette.
I think Ottawa won this trade by MILES as they have received first to second tier goalie in Leclaire (He led the league in shut outs last year) while losing a 3rd line forward.
Definitely a good trade as the emergence of Steve Mason made Leclaire expendable and he has been underperforming this year. Good trade for Ottawa.
